Daniel M.C. Hopping (d.1990) was an American architect who specialized in historic restoration. After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1931, he later gained recognition for New York City-based historic restoration projects including the reconstruction of the Jan Martense Schenck House (dating from 1675) at the Brooklyn Museum.
